Welling, Alycefaye Stewart, Alice Angelo, Clark Kemmerer. We need
more members to help…!!!! This is your club…helping is part of the
fun….Contact Keith if you can help.
Greenburg Show; We were unable to get into the show this time.
Brownsville; The trailer will be at the Monongahela River Museum
sometime in November. Date to be announced. We will be setting up a
practice lay out for the T.C.A. Convention in Pittsburgh.
Modification for the new carpet storage also needs to be addressed
at that time. Keith, Tina and Alycefaye will attend the next meeting
of the T.C.A. Details will be shared with the Club. Five members
raised their hands that they would be willing to have their train
displays on the driving tour during the Convention. Think about
including your display and let us know at the next meeting. It’s a
great time to show off your work to the world.
Christmas Party (Dec. 3, Jaden’s Catering, 4724 William Penn
Highway, Monroeville, Pa, 15146) A letter will be in the Nov. mail
with the information and cost for the party and the 2017 Dues form.
Pins announcements for 5, 10, 15 or 20 years will be also included.
FYI; We are asking the members to think of places we could do a show
for 2017. We try to do at least three shows a year. With Greenburg
not being able to include us, we need some suggestions for future
shows. Let Keith know if you have an event we could show our trains.
Ideas for meetings; Suggestions were: how to make bridge, building,
electric devices, lay out computer programs, Bonsai trees. If you
have any ideas for meeting let Keith know.
Outreach; Ideas to reach members that we have missed at meetings.
Ken Maglietta; volunteered to hold the Nov. meeting but needed to
check his calendar. If he is unable to hold the meeting, our back up
meeting will be at Saint Matthias Lutheran Church, 100 Chapel View
Dr., Greensburg, 15601.
Raffle ticket; Won by Tina Weimer. She tried to give her winnings to
Clark and Alice to help with the cost of the ham but they gave it
back to the club.
Meeting ended @ 2:10 Pm. Submitted by Alycefaye Stewart
