This was our planning meeting hosted by John and Tina Weimer. Breaded chicken and all sorts of snacks, cookies and doughnuts were served. Plenty of food, we ate first had our meeting and then ate again!

14 people were in attendance for the meeting.

Clark sold 50/50 with Keith winning $32.50.

A $50 donation was made to the Greensburg VFD in honor of Jack Pyle.

East Broadtop Engine #16 was fired up for President's Day and were selling jars of fire ash were being sold as a fundraiser.

December* Christmas Party is tentatively scheduled 12/2 at Palmieri's which would be organized by Clark and Alice.

*At this meeting, the question brought to the group was if we could move the party to any other area other than the East side of town. Any one having any ideas and willing to organize this function, we must know by our April 11th meeting.

There was a discussion about an outdoor permanent layout at the train club in Gibsonia. Being an outdoor display would require a lot of maintenance. Keith is willing to set up a meeting with the train club and PGRS if there is an interest.

**Trolley Museum show is June 3-4th. Set up June 2nd at 10 am. We need volunteers for set up June 2nd and breakdown June 4th. The display is 16 x 24. Free Trolley Museum tickets are available for volunteers.

April 1st is a TCA across from the Trolley Musuem at the Washington Fair Grounds, 251 Main Street, Building #1, Washington, PA 15301. 10-3.

Respectfully Submitted,
