This is a recipe
given to me by my friend Mary Ann Kundra
Almost Heaven
Cheese Ball
2 (8 oz.) Tubs
soft cream cheese or 2 blocks cream cheese softened
1 (8oz.) can
crushed pineapple, drained
1 small box
instant French vanilla pudding (dry)
½ cup sliced or
chopped pecans (or nuts of your choice)*
Mix all
ingredients well, except the nuts. Roll into a ball and chill
overnight.
Roll in nuts and
serve with cinnamon graham crackers.
Note: This can
be made with low fat ingredients.
*Can be made
without nuts for those unable to have them.
