Tequila Lime Marinade

2tsp. grated lime peel

1cup lime juice

1/4 cup olive or canola oil

2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 small jalapeno chili, seeded and finely chopped

1 clove of garlic

Mix all ingredients in shallow dish or resealable plastic storage bag. Add 4 boneless chicken breast halves. Marinate at least 30 minutes, on longer than 24 hours. Discard marinade. Grill or sauté until done.
