2 cups sliced rhubarb
stalks
½ stick butter
2 cup sliced strawberries
2 cup sugar plus 2 Tbsp.
1/3 cup flour
1 pkg. refrigerator pie crusts or make your own pie
crust
Place 1 pie crust in large pie pan; crimp edges. Mix
together all ingredients, except butter and 2
tablespoons sugar. Pour into pie shell.
Cut butter into pieces and place around pie. Close
pie with second pie shell or cut into lattice strips
and seal edges. Sprinkle with two tablespoons sugar.
Bake 400 for 40 to 50 minutes
