Alycefaye’s… Saucy Cocktail Meatballs

lb. Ground meat -
sometimes I just buy Italian meatballs - 2 boxes works for
this recipe
1
Tbs. Bread crumbs
1 medium Egg (slightly beaten)
1/3
Cup each:
Chopped green peppers (or any color you have)
Chopped onion
2
Tbs. Butter or Margarine
1
Can Tomato Soup
1
Tbs. Brown Sugar (packed)
4
Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1
Tbs. each:
Mustard (classic yellow)
Mix
beef, crumbs, egg, and salt: shape into 50 small meatballs. Place in
shallow pan (9 x 13 x2), Broil until brown; turn once. Spoon off
fat. Place meatballs into a covered ovenproof dish.
In
sauce pan, cook pepper & onion in butter until tender. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Cover, bake @ 350* for
20 min. (or microwave until hot.)
Eat
with toothpicks…Always a Favorite.
